This spectacular national park offers adventures that are slightly off the beaten path. Enjoy a scenic drive over the range, taking in the expansive mountain views, or venture out along one of hundreds of hiking trails. Nearby biking, rafting, off roading, and fishing are great alternatives as well. In the winter the park is harder to access but you might try cross country skiing or snowshoeing into one of the park's many canyons.
